MONGOLIAN PRIME MINISTER VISITS THE BAGAKHANGAI–KHUSHIG VALLEY–EMEELT RAILWAY PROJECT SITE

 Mongolian Prime Minister N. Uchral and members of the Government are visiting the construction site of the Bagakhangai–Khushig Valley–Emeelt railway project, being implemented by Mongolian Railway (MTZ) SOE, today to address and resolve outstanding issues.

The total length of the project's main railway line is 127.1 kilometers. The line will branch off from Bagakhangai Station of Ulaanbaatar Railway JSC, located in Bagakhangai District of Ulaanbaatar, and run through Sergelen and Altanbulag soums of Töv Province before connecting to Emeelt Station. The project plans to construct four railway stations and three passing loops along the line.
