• Mine-Mouth Processing: Evaluating the feasibility and organizational requirements for crushing thermal coal at the mine site prior to transportation to streamline logistics.
• Multimodal Transport Pricing: Establishing the maximum price ceiling for multimodal road transport for the second quarter of 2026.
• Operational Continuity: Ensuring smooth, consistent, and uninterrupted transport operations for the Mongolian Railway Company throughout the 2026 calendar year.
