On November 10, 2025, O. Batchuluun, Chief Executive Officer of "Mongolian Railway" State-Owned Shareholding Company (MTZ), held a virtual meeting with representatives from the Dalian branch of China Railway Rolling Stock Corporation (CRRC Dalian).

During the meeting, the parties discussed the procurement and utilization of modern locomotives suitable for the transportation needs and requirements of the Mongolian railway sector. They exchanged views on related technical specifications, financing terms, and supply possibilities.

Representatives from China Development Bank (CDB) and China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation (Sinosure) also participated in the virtual discussion.
